President Yetman learned firsthand how AFT and Microsoft are partnering to bring AI technologies to the classroom to make teachers lives easier not harder!! She brought back amazing resources to share locally and at the state level in her role as an appointed member of the Department of Secondary and Elementary Education's Digital Learning Advisory Council. She learned these tools have the potential to make an educator's work easier not harder. As well our students should be guided through the use of this technology as it will be part of their career future no matter what career they decide to pursue. AFT is on the forefront of the use of this technology in the classroom and should be so proud of the partnership they have forged with Microsoft to make these tools free for educators to access safely and supportively.
